1. Booking Confirmation
All tour bookings made through Got-Trip.com are considered confirmed only after full payment is received and you have received a confirmation email/voucher from us.

2. Customer Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • If you cancel your tour more than 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled departure time, you are eligible for a full refund of the tour price.
  • If you cancel your tour within 48 hours (2 days) of the scheduled departure time, or in case of a no-show, the paid amount is non-refundable.
  • Certain special tours, peak season packages, or third-party supplier terms may have different cancellation conditions. These will be clearly stated before booking.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Once your eligible cancellation is verified, Got-Trip.com will process the refund to the original payment method used during booking.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your bank account depends entirely on your bank or card issuer’s policies and processing times. This typically ranges from 5 to 15 business days but can vary.
  • Got-Trip.com is not responsible for delays in the refund credit once the amount has been successfully issued from our account.

4. Changes by Got-Trip.com (Cancellation / Postponement)

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, unsafe conditions, or insufficient bookings.
  • In such an event, you will be offered the choice of a full refund, a rescheduled date, or an alternative tour of equal value.

5. Force Majeure
Got-Trip.com is not liable for failures or delays in performing our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, riots, government restrictions, or pandemics. In such cases, refunds may be provided at our discretion or as travel credits, subject to the recoverable funds from our suppliers.

6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, trip interruptions, medical emergencies, and personal losses.

7. Changes to Your Booking
Requests to change your tour date or details are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours before departure. Administrative fees may apply.

8. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time is considered a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for no-shows.
